POSITIVE ACTION - 

Local Neighbourhood Policing team have been conducting regular patrols across the Baglan Industrial Estate area after a number of reports off off-road motorcycles driving in an anti social manner and reports of fly tipping under the M4 bridges.

While on patrol officers have come across a vehicle in the process of emptying waste contents out of the rear of the vehicle, officers have engaged and taken details in regards to the waste and appropriate paperwork has been submitted. Waste enforcement have also been contacted and will be processing their own investigation in relation to the incident and will deal with the individual and vehicle appropriately.

The involved person has reloaded all the waste back into their vehicle and then moved on from the site, further action is currently being undertaken by police and partner agencies.

We thank the local community for submit reports to ourselves and to the council and encourage further reports like this as it will shape our patrol strategies going forward.
